Custom scroll

Turtle skin's basic layout features a fixed header area utilizing the theme image as background. With this feature on only the thumbnail area below is scrolled. This ensures the header is always visible while browsing through the album. This feature has some drawbacks too. When the theme image is too high, there's not much space left for the thumbnails. This affects small resolution screens and mobile devices in landscape mode the most. So, if you are targeting mobile devices, it's better to turn off this custom scroller and use the normal full page scroll.
