2. Save your original images! It is essential to save your original images as soon as downloaded from the camera. In the case you made any unwanted modification or the software you used does something unexpected you can start off with the originals again. You can use a recordable CD or DVD, but I prefer to store the originals on the hard disk, and later I save them on DVD±RW's every year. So first I always create a folder called 'Originals' within the given folder, and copy the files from the camera right here:
